The Walden 6'8 Super Wide Egg. 6'8 x 22 1/2 x 21 5/16 The Walden Superwide is an extension to the Mini Magic line, is a wider, thicker, more compact board for the surfer who wants maximum performance with maximum floatation and glide. The Superwide is based on the original Magic Model, designed primarily for the surfer who wants to maintain the floatation of a longer board, yet wants to go 6 to 18 shorter. We took the volume that would have been in the length and added it to the width and thickness. The Superwide is about 1-2 wider than the standard mini magic and about a 1/4' to ½ thicker. The Superwide's added width and thickness allow you to surf shorter without the loss of floatation.
